In addition to sheet vinyl membrane we also offer our own custom powder-coated welded aluminum railing system. We only use high grade extruded aluminum which is 40 times stronger than wood. Ounce for ounce, aluminum is one of the strongest, most stable materials that exist for the North American climate.Powder coating is a dry finishing process that uses fine particles of pigment and resin. The powder is applied by creating an electrostatic charge that attracts the paint when it is sprayed onto the railing. The coated product is then placed in an oven where the powder is melted and fused into a uniform, durable and environmentally friendly finish. Powder coating provides a wide range of performance properties, which include excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, impact, abrasion, and fading from sunlight and extreme weather.
